Организационно-правовая форма АО «ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH» – акционерное общество.
Корпоративное управление общества регулируется законодательством Республики Узбекистан.
According to the corporate governance standards, ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH JSC consists of the following management bodies:
- General Meeting of Shareholders, which is the supreme management body;
- Supervisory Board;
- Executive body.
Полномочия каждого органа управления АО «ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH» регулируются Уставом и следующими Положениями, утвержденными общим собранием акционеров:
- Regulations on the General Meeting of Shareholders;
- Regulations on the Supervisory Board;
- Regulations on the Executive Body.
The management system of ELEKTRQISHLOQQURILISH JSC is built on the principle of a vertically integrated organizational structure, which allows for effective control over the work of the company as a whole.
Control over the financial and economic activities of the Company, in accordance with the Charter, is carried out by:
- Audit Committee;
- Internal Audit Service;
- Audit organization.
